Overview
This page sets out the core terms, privacy framework and client policies governing engagement with Oceanscape Group through this website. By submitting an enquiry, engaging our services or proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these policies.
These policies are intentionally structured to reflect Oceanscape Group’s current regulatory position and clearly separate:
-
non-clinical facilitation and coordination services, and
-
medical services provided by licensed healthcare institutions in Türkiye.

1. About Oceanscape Group
Oceanscape Group operates as a dual-entity medical travel facilitation group, structured to ensure clear separation between international client coordination and in-country medical tourism services.

For client clarity:
Oceanscape Group New Zealand Limited is responsible for:
-
client onboarding and enquiry management,
-
coordination of travel-related logistics,
-
documentation and non-clinical administration,

-
payment options available to New Zealand-based clients.

Oceanscape Group Türkiye SaÄŸlık Turizmi Anonim Åžirketi is responsible for:
-
in-country medical travel coordination within Türkiye,
-
liaison with licensed healthcare institutions and surgeons,
-
local logistics, interpretation and on-ground support, and
-
facilitation of complication coverage through a licensed Turkish insurance broker.

These roles operate under a formal intercompany services framework, which governs how the two entities work together while maintaining regulatory, financial and operational separation. A client-facing summary of this framework is available on request.
Oceanscape Group is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice. All medical treatment, diagnosis and clinical care are delivered solely by legally authorised healthcare institutions in Türkiye.
