The Readiness Form gives us the information we need to coordinate your enquiry with a licensed healthcare institution.
You will be guided through a secure online form to provide:
• Personal details
• Photos or X-rays if applicable
• Key health information you choose to share
• Your goals and expectations
Your information is submitted securely and goes directly to the licensed health institution for evaluation.
Provider Evaluation
Once you submit the form, the licensed healthcare institution reviews your information and prepares your personalised plan.
They will create:
• A proposed treatment outline
• A personalised quote
• Appointment information
• Any questions they may have
All medical information is provided only by the licensed institution.
Oceanscape Team Follow-Up
Once the provider completes their evaluation, our team receives the plan and will contact you directly.
We will go over:
• Your proposed quote
• Timeline information
• Travel coordination options
• Next steps for your journey
Our role is to support you with travel, logistics, and coordination, and to make the process feel clear and manageable.
Travel & Experience Planning
If you decide to move forward, we help you organise everything around your trip, including:
• Travel dates and flights
• Accommodation options
• Airport transfers
• Companion support
• Pre-arrival guidance
• Assistance once you arrive in Türkiye
You’ll be supported by our New Zealand and Türkiye teams every step of the way.
Plan and deposit
Once you receive the proposed plan from the licensed healthcare institution and choose to move forward, our team will guide you through:
• Receiving a comprehensive invoice issued in coordination with the licensed institution
• Paying your deposit via our secure banking options with priority foreign exchange rates
• Completing your client engagement form
This step confirms your place with the licensed provider and allows us to begin coordinating your travel arrangements.
Travel support
Our team provides guidance on travel documents, flights, insurance options, packing, and everything you need to feel confident before travelling to Türkiye.
Arrival in Türkiye
When you land, our team will meet you and take care of transfers, appointments, and support throughout your journey.
Ongoing support
Your Oceanscape Group team is with you from your first enquiry to your return home.
